My Company (Global STEM Institutes), we operate under www.GlobalSTEMInstitutes.com and (www.MyEdGame.com) (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site and with our Educational Game App (HWHP).

 

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Email marketing with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, email address ("Personal Information"). We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information and with our Educational App (HWHP), we will send email to you giving subject(s) performance as well as your practice time. Emails will be sent to you (Student), Your Parents, and Teachers. This feature has become optional due to App Store request. Your picture and your pet’s pictures can be taken for the purpose of the game. This feature is also optional due to App store request. We also use your name and email to contact you, as you play the Educational Game for prizes’ notifications.

How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for App download, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. How do I withdraw my consent?
